• CONTRACT
  
  This contract is for an in-home newborn photo session. The deposit, paid at the time of booking, will be applied toward the purchase of a Digital Package following the session.The client agrees to purchase a Digital Package following the session. The session fee is fully refundable up until the day before the scheduled session. No refunds will be given after the session begins. I hereby grant Shelley DeJager and her legal representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me or my child for her business advertising purposes, and to copyright the same. I hereby release Shelley DeJager and her legal representatives from all claims and liability relating to said photographs and digital files. All photographs remain copyrighted by Shelley DeJager.
